The flexible throttle valve relies on the valve stem to clamp the flexible rubber tube to create a throttling effect, and the gas pressure can be used instead of the valve stem compression hose. The flexible throttle valve has a simple structure, a small pressure drop, and high operational reliability. Not sensitive to pollution, usually working pressure range is 0.3-0.63MPa.

The pneumatic flow control valve is used to adjust the pneumatic actuator, which is more difficult to adjust than the hydraulic flow control valve, and the gas is compressible. Therefore, the following points should be noted in the use of pneumatic flow control valve speed control to prevent creep:

(1) There must be no air leakage on the pipeline;

(2) The lubrication state between the cylinder and the piston is better;

(3) The flow control valve should be installed near the cylinder or air motor as much as possible;

(4) Adopt the export throttle speed adjustment method as much as possible;

(5) The applied load should be stable. If the external load changes greatly, hydraulic or mechanical devices (such as gas-liquid linkage) should be used to compensate for the speed change due to load changes.
