1. Heating and Concentrating The waste liquid collected by the potato starch production line is heated and concentrated, and the condensed protein is recovered by filtration, and the deproteinated liquid is respectively sent to the next process.

2. There are two methods for ion-exchange resin: batch method or tower-type conversion method. It is better to use styrene-based resin to replace the resin. The batch method is to mix the activated ion exchange resin with the deproteinized liquid, and the amount of the resin is usually 1 litre to be solved and 50 grams is mixed. The mixing time is usually maintained for 1 to 1.5 hours. After shaking and stirring, the two are fully in contact with each other, and the odor and colored substances in the deproteinized liquid adhere to the ion exchange resin, and are removed together with the timing of the resin; the tower conversion method is to exchange activated ions. The resin fills the tower. The deproteinized solution flows into the upper part of the tower, and after odor and color substances are sufficiently adsorbed by the resin, it flows out from the lower part of the tower.
