Instructions:
1 Before use, it should be carefully checked, debug the various performances and conditions of the cleaning workbench, carefully check and debug the power supply, the voltage is intact and stable, and use 75% alcohol to carefully clean the cleaning work before use.
2 Put the instrument supplies needed for the experiment into the workbench, turn on the main power supply, turn off the ventilation table and the general lighting switch, turn on the UV lamp for 30 minutes, and perform ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection.
3 Turn off the UV lamp, turn on the illumination, switch the fan, adjust the wind to the appropriate size, wait for more than 30 minutes to drain the ozone.
4 Wear a gown, a mask, and a hat. Adjust the height of the windshield up and down to suit the operation, but not too high. Hands and wrists are disinfected with 75% alcohol.
5 Ignite the alcohol lamp. In the clean bench, avoid placing too many items. The straws, droppers, test tubes and culture flasks used are pre-sterilized.
6 Before opening all kinds of caps, overheat the fire to fix the dust; open the mouth of the bottle and the mouth of the test tube to pass the flame. The tweezers should be burned by flame before use.
7 The liquid that has leaked on the flask or on the table is immediately wiped with an alcohol cotton ball.
8 After the experiment is completed, clean the work and keep the clean bench top clean and free of residue. Turn off the power after turning off the ventilation and lighting equipment. Take away all the rubbish when leaving the room.
Precautions and maintenance:
1 According to the actual situation, the primary filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, and the cleaning cycle is generally 3~6 months. (If it is not cleaned for a long time, the dust will cause insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect). If the working environment is 100,000 or better, please clean it once every 6 months; if the working environment does not reach 100,000, please clean it once every 3 months.
2 When the ideal cross-section wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the desired uniform wind speed.
3 Generally, when the working voltage of the fan is adjusted to the high point of Zui after 18 months of use, if the ideal wind speed cannot be reached, it means that the high efficiency air filter has too much dust (the filter hole on the filter material has been basically blocked, and it should be updated in time). ), the general high efficiency air filter has a service life of 18 months.
4 When the wind speed of the working area of ​​the equipment does not reach 0.08m/s, be sure to replace the high efficiency filter. It is strictly forbidden to change the internal structure of the equipment during the process of replacing the filter. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correct size of the model (original manufacturer configuration), press the arrow wind direction device, and pay attention to the perimeter seal of the filter, no leakage occurs. To replace the high-efficiency filter: open the back cover of the chassis (horizon air supply type clean bench) or open the upper cover of the chassis (vertical air supply type clean bench), remove the fixing screws for fixing the high-efficiency filter, and filter by high efficiency. The arrow mark of the device is changed in the same body (must pay attention to the direction of the arrow). After the replacement, clean the dirt and start the motor to check the leakage and airflow direction. It can be put into use when it is confirmed that there is no fault.
5 UV germicidal lamp description: UV germicidal lamp is a high-boron ultraviolet germicidal lamp, which is a low-pressure discharge lamp, which can radiate a strong 253.7nm short-wave ultraviolet light during normal operation. This wavelength of ultraviolet light can kill bacteria.
6 Special tips on UV germicidal lamps:
(1) People's eyes and skin may cause burns when exposed to ultraviolet light for a long time, and ozone is generated when the lamp is ignited. High concentration of ozone may cause headache and chest tightness. Therefore, protective equipment must be worn during operation.
(2) The lamp should be kept clean during use. The surface of the lamp tube is often wiped with alcohol to prevent the lamp from devitrifying and affecting the sterilization effect of the lamp.
(3) When the lamp is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive atmosphere.
