First, the technical maintenance just finished the operation period
1. Remove dirt, weeds and dirt. Open all observation holes, cover plates, and shrouds on the machine. Carefully remove grass clippings, straw, grains, dust, and dirt from all parts of the machine to ensure cleanliness inside and outside the machine.

3. Technical maintenance points
1 Put down the header and put the board under the header so that it cannot be left unconnected. Support the front and rear wheels and put a pad on them to make the tires vacant. Ensure that the bracket is stable and firm, and release the gas inside the tire.
2 Remove all the drive chains, wipe them with diesel oil, dry them, and immerse them in the oil for 15 to 30 seconds. If the wear is serious, replace the new one. Can also be soaked in oil and stored on paper.
3 Remove the pressure plate, place it flat on the rack.
4 Remove the knife assembly, apply anti-rust oil on the horizontal plate after cleaning, or hang to prevent deformation.
5 Remove the battery and store it separately as required.
6 Brush the machine with water and dry it with a dry cloth.
7 Replace and fill parts of the bearing, fuel tank, travel wheels and other parts of the lubricating oil or grease; bearing the operation is not flexible to remove the inspection, if necessary, put on new.
8 Remove the fuel tank and the oil pipe and brush it with clean diesel oil to ensure that there is no leakage and prevent moisture from rusting.
9 Release the air filter, engine oil sump, and oil in the oil filter.
10Clean the cooling system and completely release the cooling water in the cooling system to prevent freezing and cracking of parts in winter.
Second, the technical maintenance of the storage period
Combine harvester should maintain regular maintenance period.
1. The engine should be maintained according to the maintenance time and content of the sealing period.
2. The engine crankshaft should be turned once a month, and the control valve and joystick should be moved more than a dozen times at each position. Finally, the embolism should be pushed to the bottom of the cylinder to avoid rust. Exposed piston rods should be painted with oil.
