Remedy: Remove the blockage on the air channel between the heat sinks in time. Under normal circumstances can be used to remove compressed air, when difficult, water gun can be used, combined with thin wire dredge. However, the radiator must be dry before it can be put into use.
Second, the overload operation
When the harvester is working for a long time, the power consumption is too large, which can easily cause the engine speed to decrease, the fan speed to decrease, and the air volume to be insufficient, causing the engine to overheat.
Exclusion method: Try to work in a dry field as soon as possible, and adjust the forward gear, cutting width, and cutting height of the harvester in time according to crop yield, height, and maturity. Minimize long-term overload operations.
Third, the water tank is not covered by the cooling core plug
Many operators prefer to let the tank open so that water can be added when the water temperature is too high. In this way, the crop leaves and dust easily enter the interior of the tank, with the cooling water to reach the body and the cylinder head and gradually deposited, affecting heat dissipation, in serious cases will also cause the cooling core block, resulting in engine overheating.
Remedy: In order to save the cooling and unloading time required for adding cooling water, the multi-layer gauze can be used to seal the water tank when it is exposed, and it is fixed with lead wire to prevent the broken leaves and dust from entering the water tank.
Fourth, cooling water is not added
Some operators often add cooling water to wet the heat sink, and even worse, spill excess cooling water to the radiator. Doing so will make dust more likely to adhere to the heat sink and cause blockages, reducing heat dissipation.
Remedy: When you add cooling water, you should try not to wet the radiator, and you must not splash water on it. The operator should correct this incorrect operation method.
