(2) The plunger sleeve set screw should not be overtightened, otherwise it will deform the sleeve and hold the plunger. The installation requirements are: when the oil valve is not installed tightly, after tightening the positioning screw, the plunger can be moved within a small distance from the pump body, but no rotation occurs. (3) Do not miss the copper gasket with the set screw, and make sure that the seal is good. Otherwise, it will cause serious oil leakage, and it will cause air to enter the fuel injection pump, making the engine run unstable.
4. The gasket of the oil valve seat must not be leaked or damaged, but also requires leveling: (1) The high-pressure sealed copper mat and the low-pressure sealing rubber gasket of the oil valve seat must be carefully inspected prior to installation. The requirements are intact and no leakage is allowed. Installed, otherwise it will cause the high-pressure oil chamber to communicate with the low-pressure oil chamber, resulting in the oil pump can not work properly. (2) Tightening torque must be moderate when installing the oil valve tight seat. After tightening, ensure that the plunger can move flexibly in any position in the plunger sleeve, without any local seizure. (3) The gasket must be flat. If the gasket is uneven or wrinkled, after the oil valve is tightened tightly, the plunger sleeve is easily stressed unilaterally to accelerate the wear of the plunger parts.
