Article 4.2: The reduction in the effective power or power output shaft power of large and medium tractor engines is greater than 15% of the factory calibration value;
Article 4.3: The reduced value of the effective power of the small tractor engine is greater than 15% of the factory calibration value;
5. It is expected that the overhaul cost will be more than 50% of the price of new cars of the same type;
6, not reached the retirement period, but poor technical conditions and no source of parts;
7. The state has ordered it to be phased out.
