First, consider wines as red wines, whether they like it or not, drink red wine when they want to drink, and drink red when they add sweet soda. In fact, white wine is suitable for the taste of the people who originally drank the wine. Especially with a rich Chinese food, it is not a mistake. Red wine is difficult to match with sweet, spicy and original seafood dishes. There are eight kinds of essential amino acids in the white wine. The comfortable acid in the wine can decompose the protein, which makes it more appetizing. The more you eat, the more you will taste.

Second, I believe that the older the better the old wine, resulting in the current market on the fake wine made in the country everywhere, and selling very hot, is really being deceived and slaughtered to others to join in. Most of the world’s wines require drinking within two to three years. There is very little wine of true quality and can be aged for ten years. China cannot have such real old wine at present.

Third, which brand is loud and loud, go to drink this kind of wine, and only drink this kind of brand that does not drink. In fact, this wine is an ordinary wine produced by industrial production, and some of the quality is also very poor. What's more, drinking only one type of food is like eating only a piece of fragrant pork. If you eat it every day, you will also get tired of eating and the nutrition will be evenly balanced. How do you know the contrast without drinking other wines, how do you know the pros and cons of your favorite brand? To give up other wines for a brand is to voluntarily give up the enjoyment of other mellow rights.

4. Treat wine as brandy and whiskey. Often seen in bars and nightclubs, people covered unfinished wine with corks and put them back in bars. When I come back to drink, the wine has already deteriorated by oxidation. The alcohol content of wine is generally 8% to 14%, while spirits reach 40 degrees; brandy with high alcohol content is not oxidized. Although the wine will not be completely oxidized within a few days, the decline in the quality of the wine will be very obvious; if you can not finish drinking once, you should plug the cork back in as soon as possible to refrigerate the wine; the white wine can be left for two days or so, red wine can be slightly more Let it go for a day or two, but perfect wine quality will not reappear.

Fifth, the oxidized wine as Chen wine. This is also influenced by our yellow wine. Rice wines generally have an odor of oxidation, and wines that have an odor of oxidation are generally considered to be broken.

6. Use red wine as medicine. Someone who heard that wine can prevent cardiovascular diseases and smokers from drinking red wine can also reduce the harm of nicotine to the human body. He started to use red wine as a medicine, drinking a small glass every day, drinking it for ten days and a half months. Is it good to drink? Anyway, Chinese medicine is hard to drink.

7. When foreign wine is garbage, it may be contaminated with bovine blood powder. This is ridiculous. In fact, such a bottle of wine did not enter China.

Eighth, always feel that the wine stays at home as long as possible. This is a misunderstanding. The most annoying thing is that some wine labels in the country mislead consumers into guaranteeing their quality for ten years, and some bad wineries intentionally say “it can be put at home for eight to ten years.” Most of us have virtually no ideal storage temperature in our homes, ie 10°C to 15°C. The temperature is high, the wine is mature too quickly, the reception is rough, less elegant, and it soon becomes old. If the room temperature reaches 29°C in a month, it is out of order. Every 10°C increase in temperature will double the aging of the wine. The temperature change throughout the year should not exceed 5°C. If the temperature rises rapidly within six hours, the wine will quickly age and eventually deteriorate. Lead to thermal expansion and contraction of the stopper, the loss of sealing effect of the stopper, resulting in oxidation. I have experimented with keeping one year at home under the weather conditions in Shanghai. Sometimes air conditioning is sometimes turned on during the summer. 9. Store the wine in a home display cabinet. If it is in a dry climate like Beijing, no matter how good the wine is for a month, it will worsen, because if the wine does not reach the cork, the cork will shrink and the air will cause oxidation after entering the wine.
