Pickled red pepper 10 kilograms, salt 2 kilograms, sugar 0.5 kilograms, cooking wine 100 grams. Wash the peppers, quickly scoop them in boiling water for 5 seconds, drain the water, pour into the pot after cooling, add salt, sugar, mix well, put in the cylinder after 24 hours, pour into cooking wine, seal for 2 months Serve.
Spiced chili pepper 10 kg, salt 1 kg, allspice 100 grams. Wash the peppers and dry them until they are half dry. Add the above seasonings and mix well. Seal them with the cylinder and eat them after 15 days.
