Exclusion: According to the diameter of the rod shaft, a suitable oil-resistant rubber gasket can be selected. The inner diameter of the gasket is smaller than the shaft diameter by 1 to 3 mm, and it can be pressed tightly on the shaft surface that is in contact with the hole wall. 7 Crankcase leak oil is caused by: Damaged paper pad or loose screws. Exclusion: Remove the crankcase cover, remove the gasket and check. If the gasket is intact, it can be wiped and coated with a layer of lead oil. After drying, it can be installed. If it is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one. Washers should be soaked in diesel for 20 minutes before installation, then coated with a layer of lead oil. Screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly. 8 The reason for oil leakage from high-pressure tubing is that after the long-term use of the high-pressure tubing, the tapered surface of the joint has worn out, resulting in lax sealing. Exclude: Put a plastic tube with a length of 1--2 mm and a diameter of about 5 mm in the fitting area of ​​the high pressure oil pipe cone and the taper hole, or pad a copper gasket with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace the new high pressure. Tubing. 9 gearbox leakage gear oil reasons are: 9.1 gearbox bearings and shaft holes with a large gap; 9.2 oil seal wear and aging. The exclusion method is as follows: The clearance of the shaft hole of the box is too large and can be repaired by inserting. If oil leakage occurs due to wear and aging of the oil seal, replace the oil seal. Reasons for oil leakage on the 10 rollers, carrier rollers and guide rollers are as follows: 10.1 The rubber seal sleeve is worn and aged; 10.2 The seal ring is seriously worn. Remedy is as follows: Replace rubber seals in time. Replace the upper seal ring. The two rough mating surfaces of the seal ring must be properly ground and coated with a layer of graphite grease on both sides. Do not allow water and dirt to enter for 24 hours after mounting. 11 Oil leakage at the oil inlet and drain port is caused by: 11.1 The screw threads and pitch of the seals in the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel filter, high pressure oil pump, oil pan, and transmission are inconsistent. 11.2 The lid of the diesel tank is not sealed.
