Agricultural machinery "five net" can extend life

Fuel Net At present, most of the agricultural machinery engines are diesel engines, so the diesel purification work is very important. There are three methods for diesel purification. The first step is to store the purchased diesel oil in a stationary oil drum or tank for more than 96 hours to allow the fine suspension to settle. Then, clean the dust, oil, moisture, and oil around the fuel tank cover when refueling. Add a filter on the funnel and add a layer of silk cloth. When taking oil from the oil drum, do not remove it and gradually deepen it. When you get to the bottom of the oil drum, do not drain it more than 20 cm to avoid depositing the sediment. Use special oil drums when purchasing oil. Third, add a layer of silk cloth or typewriter wax paper outside the filter and clean or replace it regularly. Fuel tank sediments and moisture must be discharged regularly. Use of unqualified diesel fuel is prohibited. Pay attention to the use of clean oil that meets the standard of the machine. The lubricating oil should be precipitated and filtered for a long time before it is added. The refuelling vessel should be clean. The filter of the oil filter should be regularly cleaned. It is best to add 1-2 layers of toilet paper to the filter. The rotor type filter attaches a layer of suitable kraft paper to the inner wall of the rotor to facilitate the adsorption of dirt under centrifugal action. The dirt adsorbed on the filter element is difficult to remove, and it is best to use an air pump to inflate when cleaning. Blow air from inside to outside, scrub it with a brush, and never wipe it with your hands. When cleaning the engine, first mix it with 10:1 diesel oil and add engine oil to the oil sump. Then start the engine and run it at idle speed for 3 minutes. When the diesel oil is exhausted, the diesel and other parts of the filter and oil pump will be added after the engine is finished. Fresh oil. Use a clean, calcium-based grease on the butter, and don't mess with other lubricants. When the air net engine is running, the air cylinder sucks about 2-4 cubic meters of air per minute. According to the measurement, the air generally contains 0.001-0.005 g/m3 of dust, sulfide, and other impurities. If it is not filtered, let it enter the cylinder, which will increase the wear of cylinder walls, pistons, piston rings, valves, and conduits. . In order to ensure that the air entering the cylinder is clean, the air filter must be inspected and cleaned regularly. If the work is performed in a dusty place, the cleaning time should be shortened (once in each shift). After the maintenance, the air intake pipeline is installed. The rubber gaskets in successive places are laid flat and sealed to avoid unclean air entering the cylinder. The normal operating temperature of the cooling water net engine is maintained by the cooling water heat dissipation. If the water added to the engine cooling system is not clean, scale will easily form in the water tank, pipeline, cylinder head and cylinder wall, which will affect the heat dissipation of the engine. It will increase the wear of the cylinder, and it will increase the fuel consumption and reduce the power. The engine cooling water is preferably soft water, ie snow, rain or treated tap water and clean well water. The cooling system also depends on its dirt condition or periodic cleaning. When cleaning, add 1% caustic soda and 0.5% kerosene according to the water volume ratio, discharge after one shift, and rinse twice with fresh water. Most of the net work of agricultural machinery is in the wild and in the open air. It is often in contact with dust, silt, and water. The body is most likely to be dirty. Therefore, it is necessary to scrub frequently, so that the body will not rust, if necessary, to make up the paint to prevent corrosion.
