Analysis of Common Faults of Small Combined Milling Unit

Flour processing units, which are composed of several small-scale counter-roll mills and wheat cleaning and conveying equipment, are currently widely used in rural areas. It has the features of high production efficiency, high automation level, strong labor, low degree of grinding and good flour quality, and it is welcomed by users. However, in the course of using this kind of equipment, there will often be some failures. Now we will analyze the causes of the failure as follows: Motor Failure The entire unit has more than 10 motors of different sizes. Therefore, the failure of the motor cannot be ignored. Excessive temperature is one of the major causes of motor damage. Caused by excessive temperature due to lack of bearing oil, bearing into the dirt, bearing damage or; motor overload. 2. Cleaning screen failure (1) Clean the screen or shake the screen frame. The reason is loose bolts or wooden wedges. (2) There are grains of wheat in the sand. The reason is that the internal damper of the row of stone nozzles is small or the dip of the screen surface is not suitable. (3) The wheat was broken too much. The reason is that the gap between the tooth plate and the sieve of the wheat making device is too small, and the mesh opening is too large or damaged. 3. Spiral stirrer failure (1) The grain outlet does not discharge food. The reason is that the motor is not turning properly, the discharge port is blocked, and the stirrer blade is broken. (2) The stirrer shaft does not rotate. The reasons are excessive feeding, belt slippage, etc. 4. Mill failure (1) When the machine body is shaken, the grinding head and the rack connecting bolts should be tightened. (2) Production decline. The spring should be tightened to ensure that the gap at both ends of the roller is consistent and the worn grinding teeth are to be repaired. (3) high temperature of flour. The roll should be loosened. If the roll wear is serious, it should be repaired or replaced. In summer, when the temperature is high, the heat should be turned off. (4) No bran. Common causes include spindle misalignment, poorly sealed screen frames, or broken screens. (5) No flour or less flour. The common cause is screen clogging. 5. Closing device fault closed bad, face bag may be sucked. Common causes include leakage at each joint, wear of the impeller, etc. When the impeller wears, a rubber plate can be installed on the outer edge. 6. Cloth cartridge failure (1): more indoor dust. Reasons for the distribution; box dust collector is not tight, cloth tube is not; tight, air leakage and other wind pipe. (2) There is too much flour in the filter cartridge. The reason is that there is a large amount of air, the air collector at the lower end of the powder collector leaks or wears through, and the clearance between the closing impeller and the shell is large. 7. Electrical fault (1) The unit cannot start. Common causes include low voltage, missing phase of the distribution line, poor line contact, broken control loops, and blown fuses. (2) Stand-alone can not start. Common causes are single-machine control loops with poor contact or disconnection, AC contactor coil burnout, etc.
