Cook the prepared brine in a pan and boil it, then put it into the dried bean curd, cook for about 30 minutes, take a piece of dried bean curd, observe the color, try its taste, and the color is brown, the taste is fragrant, you can remove it; Poor taste, can continue cooking, until the color is fragrant, that is, dried products.
