Most of the digesters in Shouguang and other places are built outside the shed, and the inlet and outlet openings are not very tight. Before the refueling in the autumn of the digester, if the digester is used for many years, the tank body must be overhauled. To prevent biogas slurry from corroding the walls of the tank. Operation must pay attention to open the movable cover, pull out the air pipe, so that the feed inlet, discharge port, air duct vent, or use a blower to blow the air in the pool, replace the pool of air. The operator can test with small animals or lighted candles before going down the pool to ensure safety before going down the pool for maintenance. The staff under the pool should be tied with safety ropes and special care should be provided outside the pool.

At the time of refueling, at least 70%-80% of the original biogas slurry should be replaced, and a small amount be used as a strain, and then feed it again. Gas pipelines and joints should be regularly overhauled to prevent air leakage. Soap water can be used to inspect the gas pipelines and the interfaces. The desulfurization agent should be regenerated regularly. The specific method is to pour the desulfurizer into the desulfurizer. Put it in a cool and ventilated place for 2-4 days. Wait until the color of the desulfurizer turns brown. You can continue to use it. Do not directly introduce air into the controller to desulfurize and regenerate. Prevent the desulfurizer from reacting with air to produce high temperature and burn out.
