(1) Installation handle:
a. The handle with the same number as the whole machine is mounted on the handle base.
b. Pass the chain through the handle hole and the middle hole of the pin
c. At this time, the handle should swing freely
(2) Adjust the position of the oil draining pen:
a. Insert the eyebolt at the lower end of the chain into the pendulum notch
b. Tilt the handle to raise the fork to the high position of zui
c. Pull the control handle on the handle to lower the fork to the low position of the Zui
d. If the fork cannot be lowered or raised, adjust the pendulum nut counterclockwise or clockwise.
(3) Method of use (no-load check):
a. After the handle is installed, place the truck on a flat concrete floor and push the handle to raise the fork to the high position of Zui. Then pull the control handle to smoothly lower the fork to the low position of Zui.
b. When the control handle is placed in the neutral position, the handle is moved, and the fork should not rise.
c. After the above inspection and adjustment, the truck can be used
Note: After the handle is installed, the fork should be lifted and retracted 2-3 times in full stroke to check whether the handle has a neutral position when the fork is raised, and whether the drop is stable. If there is any abnormality, it can be adjusted according to the method described above.
