2. Ensure safe production. Transmission guards should be provided with guard bars. Operators should stand on the feeding side. Do not stand on both ends of the shredder. Before entering the hopper, the materials should be cleaned of nails, stones and other debris, so as not to damage the machine. During the feeding process, if the material inlet is blocked, it must not be cleaned by hand. It should be stopped to clear the plug. 3. Strengthen maintenance. When the machine is running, the bearing temperature cannot exceed 40 degrees. If the bearing temperature continues to rise under normal working conditions, check the machine immediately to find out the cause and troubleshoot. After each operation, check whether the bolts of each department are loose, check whether the seal at the joint is good, check whether the rotor rotates flexibly, whether there is collision and noise, and check the abrasion of the inner teeth and the screen. If it is serious, it should be replaced in time. In addition, lubricants should be regularly filled with lubricant.
