California, MILPITAS --- July 10, 2012 - Intersil, a global leader in high-performance analog mixed-signal semiconductor design and manufacturing, today announced the launch of a new 40V low-noise instrumentation amplifier, the industry's first integrated analog/digital Converter (ADC) level shifter and precision amplifier for the driver.
The ISL28617 includes a differential output that can be easily connected to current high performance differential input precision ADCs. It offers excellent gain accuracy and gain temperature coefficient (in the -40°C to 125°C temperature range), and the Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) is the industry's highest in all gain configurations. The ISL28617's noise density measurements are only 8.6nV/√Hz (1kHz) and 85nVrms (0.1Hz to 10Hz), while providing high gain and attenuation, making it stand out from competing instrumentation amplifiers (competitive amplifiers are usually limited to Gain configuration). The ISL28617 is ideal for instrumentation, industrial, motor control and medical systems.
