During the use of the tractor, parts or fittings are loosened, worn, deformed, fatigued, corroded and other factors, the working ability will be gradually reduced or lost, so that the technical status of the machine is abnormal. In addition, the working medium such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, cooling water and hydraulic oil will gradually be consumed, which will cause the normal working conditions of the tractor to be destroyed, and the deterioration of the technical condition of the whole machine will be aggravated.

In order to keep the tractor in good condition and prolong service life, the tractor must be properly operated, maintained and adjusted.

1. Air filter maintenance

Always check the air filter tube pipe joints are good sealing, nuts, bolts, clamping rings, etc. If loose, should be promptly tightened; all parts should be repaired or replaced if damaged.

It is generally required that the air filter should be maintained once every 100 hours of operation, and the dry filter paper filter should be cleaned with a soft brush. Then use 0?4-0. 6MPA compressed air from the filter element to blow out the filter, oil pan, central tube and other parts. The filter is first blown with rain, sprayed with a little oil and then assembled. The oil pan should be replaced with filtered oil. When adding oil, the oil level should be marked and the oil level should not be too high or too low. The sealing rubber gasket should be sealed well during installation.

2. Valve maintenance

After 800 hours of operation, the tractor should check to adjust the valve clearance and remove carbon deposits. After 1200 hours of operation, check the sealing of the valve and seat and, if necessary, grind or replace the new one.

3. Maintenance of diesel filter

Impurities in the filter will increase with the use of time, filtration capacity will decline; other parts such as gasket aging, damage will cause a "short circuit", that is, diesel fuel directly into the pump without filtration. Therefore, for maintenance, the following points should be noted:

(1) The cross section of the filter element and the center should be sealed well.

(2) When maintaining the paper filter, it can be soaked in diesel for a while and then brushed with a soft brush. A gas cylinder can also be used to pump air into the filter element and blow dirt from the inside out.

(3) After the filter is disassembled and disassembled, it is necessary to exhaust the air.

4. Injector maintenance

The injector pressure and fuel injection quality should be checked after 800 hours of operation.

5. Maintenance of lubrication system

Add lubricating oil in time, diesel engine start or continuous work more than 10 hours. Check the oil level of the oil pan.

Clean the oil filter regularly and replace the filter element.

Replace the oil sump oil regularly and combine it with the actual conditions and the quality of the oil. Properly advance or delay.

Clean the oil circuit. 500 hours diesel engine should clean the oil circuit.

Lubricant road pressure adjustment. When the diesel engine is working, if it is found that the lubricating oil road pressure is lower than the normal pressure, the cause should be ascertained. In use, if the pressure regulator spring becomes soft, eccentric wear or break to reduce the oil pressure, you need to adjust the spring preload or replace the spring to restore normal pressure.

6. Clutch maintenance

Always check the pedal free travel and the separation of the three separate levers.

When the separation lever or release fork wears badly, replace it with a new one.

Check the bearing lubrication regularly and inject butter if necessary. When the tractor is working for 500 hours, it should be removed from the bearing and cleaned. After cleaning, it should be placed in a container filled with butter and heated. Infiltrate the butter and remove it after solidification. The temperature cannot be too high when heated.

7. Maintenance of hydraulic system

Regularly check the height of the hydraulic oil level, it is not enough to add or replace the hydraulic oil, and it must be kept clean.

When cleaning the internal parts of the hydraulic system, it is forbidden to scrub with a cotton thread in order to prevent clogging of the oil passage or leakage at the seal.

Rubber gaskets do not wash with gasoline to prevent age deterioration. When assembling the sealing ring, apply a little oil or soapy water to prevent shearing and tearing.

Pumps, distributors, oil cylinders, etc. are precision components that are not normally removed.

8. Inspection and Maintenance of Hydraulic Steering System

The fuel tank is installed on the right side under the rear body of the hood. Open the fuel tank cap to observe if there are oil marks on the dipstick. If there is no oil mark, it means that the oil in the steering tank is insufficient. Check the cause of the oil leakage and remove the oil tank. Add refueling to the middle line of the friend's ruler and replace it. During the inspection, the system checks hydraulic steering cylinders, oil pipes and joints do not leak oil everywhere, otherwise it is easy to cause poor steering. Filters in the fuel tank should be cleaned or replaced regularly.

When checking the oil level, it is also necessary to check whether the vent valve at the center position above the fuel tank cap is flexible. If there is oil impact, it should be cleaned.

9. Electrical system maintenance

Check the connection of each wire, must be tight and reliable, must not be contaminated by diesel oil and engine oil, and prevent contact with the hot parts of the diesel engine, check the insulation performance of the wire is good.

Battery maintenance and maintenance

(1) Maintenance-free batteries do not require special maintenance at ordinary times. Observe the hydrometer sight hole display: Green indicates that the battery is fully charged; Gray indicates that the battery is low; Black indicates the basic spot.

(2) The battery observation hole needs to be recharged when it appears gray; if the black display appears, the battery should be replaced.

(3) The storage battery should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated place with a temperature between 0-40. When handling, it should be gently placed to prevent collision and never to be placed upside down.

(4) The battery terminal and the power cable connector should be firmly connected to prevent the terminal from melting when starting. To prevent terminal corrosion, Vaseline should be applied to the terminals.

(5) Keep the external terminals of the battery clean.

(6) Check regularly that the generator output voltage meets the standard and the voltage is (14, 2+0, 2) volts.

(7) When charging, ensure that the indoor air is unblocked and away from the open flame. Do not splash electrolyte on the human body or clothing to avoid accidental injury.

(8) When the normal battery electrolyte is insufficient, it should be filled in time.

(9) During the charging process, the electrolyte temperature must not exceed 45 degrees. The charging current should be halved or the charging must be stopped to achieve the purpose of cooling. However, the charging time must be extended accordingly.

(10) When the charge is completed, the power supply must be disconnected before the power supply can be disconnected from the pole to prevent the fire from causing a fire or explosion.

10. Maintenance of engine cooling system

The coolant for the engine may be boiled tap water or antifreeze. Before starting, check whether the cooling water in the radiator is full and there is no water leakage.

The scale in the cooling system is regularly removed to ensure heat dissipation from the heat transfer surface.

Always inspect the radiator core for weeds, dust, grease, etc.

Check the thermostat performance on time is good, otherwise it will affect the cooling water circulation and reduce the cooling effect.
