Installation Precautions:

1. If there is a foundation, the concrete foundation must be poured according to the installation size. The positions of the three feet must be corrected and powdered. After 96 hours of drying, place a rubber mat of 5-10 mm thick at the three foot positions to make the foundation. To achieve the function of damping, then place the centrifuge and tighten the nut; without foundation, no concrete pouring is required.

2. Care must be taken before installation, pay attention to the moisture resistance of the motor, electric control device, hydraulic system, air control system and all rust-proof parts, and pay attention to the protection of the outer surface of the machine.

3. The electric control cabinet (air control box) should be placed in a place with dry, ventilated and non-corrosive gas, and should be near the host (can be installed separately).

4. The centrifuge must be installed and placed horizontally.

5. The machine is generally installed on the whole machine and must not be disassembled. If it is necessary, it must be confirmed by the manufacturer's technician after assembly.

6. The centrifuge has slight vibration during high-speed operation, so the pipe connected to the centrifuge (feeding pipe, outlet pipe, washing pipe, exhaust pipe, online cleaning pipe, nitrogen pipe, compressed air pipe, cable pipe, etc.) It must be flexible and the connection must have a reliable seal or insulation.

7. The centrifuge should have a grounding device to ensure no leakage and safe use of electricity.

Daily maintenance:

1. Before the centrifuge is operated, the power should be cut off and the centrifuge brake should be loosened first. You can manually turn the drum to see if there is any bite.

2. Check for other parts of the loose and abnormal conditions.

3. Turn on the power and start the drive in a clockwise direction (usually about 40-60 seconds from the standstill to normal operation).

4. Usually, after each equipment arrives at the factory, it must be empty for about 3 hours, and it can work without abnormal conditions.

5. The material should be placed as evenly as possible.

6. Must be operated by special personnel, the capacity must not exceed the rated amount.

7. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine so as not to affect the service life of the machine.

8. After the machine is started, if there is any abnormal situation, it must be stopped to check and repair and repair if necessary.

9. The centrifuge is running at high speed, so it is not possible to touch the drum with the body to prevent accidents.

10. The mesh number of the filter cloth should be determined according to the size of the solid phase particles of the separated material, otherwise the separation effect will be affected. In addition, the filter cloth should be installed in the drum seal groove when installing the filter cloth to prevent the material from running in.

12. In order to ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, please rotate the parts every 6 months. At the same time, check the running lubrication condition of the bearing, whether there is wear phenomenon; whether the components in the brake device are worn or not, and replace it severely; the bearing cover has no oil leakage.

13. After the machine is used, it should be cleaned and kept clean.

14. Do not separate the non-preservative centrifuge from the highly corrosive materials; in addition, strictly follow the equipment requirements and regulations, non-explosion-proof centrifuges should not be used in flammable or explosive places.
