Introduction to ice cream machine automation system

The complete automation system of the ice cream machine includes a programming console that can be controlled by a single person, including batch equipment, automatic in-situ cleaning. The ice cream machine's complete automation system has several kilometers of length, including buttons for starting and closing pumps, level indicators for tanks and mixing tanks, and a total of integrators for batch operation of various components. In the ice cream machine automation system, a set of button-based program-controlled in-situ cleaning systems is an integral part of the factory's automated batching operations. The unique advantage of this automatic cleaning system is the sequential cleaning of the cans. Each stage of the cleaning system is equipped with a tank high level detector and a low level detector, a temperature controller, an adjustable cam timer that controls the sequence and timing of the cleaning operation, and a loop loop stepper. A cam switch is mounted on the cam timer to adjust the pulsation of the valve to dislodge the ingredient solids adhering to the valve. Another feature of the cleaning system is that it has a series of interlocking devices that prevent the system from starting up if the artificial street on site is not suitable.

The ingredients processing equipment of the ice cream factory is cleaned in situ in the following order: raw material pipeline, high temperature short-time pasteurizer, pasteurization pipeline, raw material storage tank and ingredient storage tank. The system features two wash solution tanks that allow for the simultaneous cleaning of any of the above two devices.
